Digital Products
Slice of Lily sells digital products including worksheets, printable materials, guides, templates, educational resources, and downloadable content.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase:
All Digital Product Sales Are Final
We do not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
on digital downloads once a purchase has been completed.
Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.
If you experience an issue accessing your files or believe you received the incorrect product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
If physical products are offered through the website in the future, eligible returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
